Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Thinking about growing up in Fort Rouge most of my life. It was a great time. Meant what would be my friends for most of my life there. The Leswicks, the Julius, Mayos and the Elfords. All our houses were side by side. Of course we all knew everyone’s mom and Mrs Leswick was just the nicest. Always smiling and waving. They're all gone now and I miss them terrible. - Posted by: Marilyn Fisher- Robinson (Neighbor and family friend) on: Sep 21, 2024

  • Mrs. Leswick was a wonderful woman. She was always there when we were growing up. "The next door neighbor." She was a wonderful friend to my mother, Marilyn (Lynne) Julius. She was the kind lady who made the best peanut butter cookies ever! She was a wonderful mother who was so proud of her children and grand children. I have fond memories of her visit to the west coast to spend time with my late mother. They laughed so much and made me laugh. She was a real joy! My thoughts are with the Leswick family at this time. - Posted by: Dianne Ginter (Friend) on: Dec 27, 2006
